Vocation Stories
Many people find the life of a religious with its vows of poverty, chastity and obedience to be weird, or at the very best confusing and ambiguous. Why would a woman want to become a religious in this day and age when the world is full of so many wonderful things to have and be? Power, wealth, and a family all are things that life offers. Women who are called to the life of a Salesian Sister come from all walks of life and blend a multitude of experiences into a community. Each one has her own reasons and path of discernment.
